Domestic Considerations: Regular visits to other units in support of recruiting activity and relevant meetings.Evening and weekend working will be required.
Position Role:  ReMSO Bramley
1. Support the implementation of the Group Reserves Recruiting and Unit Retention Plans.
2. Run the Unit recruiting pipeline including the administration of applicants.
3. Actively assist with the development and refinement of a dynamic recruiting process.
4. Conduct and review the Sub Unit’s IPRE on a regular basis.
5. Act as the first point of contact for all streams of enquiries, direct entry, Res-Res transfer and Reg to Res, including ex-regulars and re-joiners.
6. Maintain good working relationships with RG, NRC, Unit ROSO’s, Unit RCMO’s, ACCs / AFCOs & HQ ARITC (Trg Ops and Rec Br) and YODA. Networks, and WF Plans/Policy for all recruiting queries.
7. Nurture applicants from initial contact through attestation and then monitor progress at their sponsor out unit until ready to attempt selection.
8. Manage resources and material to support recruitment and retention, including media and social media.
9. Organise and implement all forms of outreach activities at ATU, ATR, UOTC, AR units and as directed by the CoC and the GRO.
10. Ensure all recruitment activity is in accordance with RG and Group Policy
11. Carry out any other activities as directed by the CoC.
Driving Licence categories B,D1, C                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Service in or with the Army Reserve
Security Cleared SC as a Min.                                                                                                                                                                                                 Ideally trained in the use of Defence Recruiting System and attended the CoT and DTTT and Reserve Recruiters Course but courses can be applied for once in post.                                                                                                                                                                                         Previous recruitment experience and a good understanding of the recruiting process and the laydown of the Army Reserve nationally
