Domestic Considerations: Minimum 27 RSDs per year. Army Reserve post, requires availability Tue drill nights, exercise weekends and ACT. Position Role: RN(GP)A. Registered Nurse (Adult). Responsibilities: 1. Delivery of all aspects of non-specialist nursing care within the military environment.
2. Delivery of nursing care within the individual's scope of practice and clinical governance requirements.
3. Maintain clinical currency and registration with the NMC on the appropriate part of the register.
4. Maintain a personal record of achievement in Core competencies (Section 1) and any specialist competencies relating DONC.
5. Maintain a record of progress supporting further personal development and achievement.
6. Promote effective communication, liaison and coordination internally within the Regiment and externally.
7. Maintain, develop and promulgate professional and military skills appropriate to rank, role and personal experience.
8. Plan and deliver Clinical Training to CMTs
