Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all G1/G7 clerical matters including updating all course nominal rolls during training.
2. Ensuring that all recruit attendance status is recorded on TAFMIS.
3. Be fully conversant with all aspects of Ph 1 training which ATU (West) provides.
4. Assist the CSM with maintaining course records and course folders on Share Point.
5. Update and maintain JPA occurrences for Coy staff when required.
6. Assist and advise Coy staff with JPA/Mod Net issues during courses.
7. Undertake any additional tasks as required by the CoC.
Once your application has been submitted it will be presented to a board of officers to review all applications to ensure a fair employment process.

It is anticipated you will visit the unit for an informal chat and to learn more about the role before submitting an application.

We deliver demanding, realistic but safe basic training that develops the character of our soldiers so that they can embark on their military career with confidence and a will to win. Further Information:
We are a satellite training location who offer reservist the ability to train locally over weekends and modular courses. The unit is small with approximately 60 personnel. With our HQ in Exeter and 2 training companies based in Exeter and Cardiff. We welcome and train reserve recruits from all over the UK.

The main aim of this role is to support phase 1 training for reservists. As the Mil Clark you will run the reception centre on arrival and ensure JPA and all other details are correct. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all ATU company personnel's records are maintained. Please do not let your lack of knowledge of our systems be a barrier to your application. We will support you and provide the necessary training. Although you will be based in Cardiff, there will be opportunities to support our other company in Exeter.

This is a reservist role up to 88 RSD's per year, however there is no expectation that you need to complete this amount of training days.
