DV REQUIRED BEFORE TAKING UP THE POST.
1. Provide a focus for all Reserve AGC(SPS) matters.
2. Oversee and advise on recruitment, career management, employment, training and development of SPS(V) personnel.
3. To assist the RC PATWO with aspects of reserve and regular training within the Wales and MAB AOR as required.
4. Assist SPS branch in conducting assurance visits to Reserve and CCF units as directed.
5. Manage the provision of SPS(V) personnel for tasks such as RAAT support to other units, ACF, CCF camps etc.
6. Conduct a minimum of 2 days UK Ops Trg and provide SPS support to UK Ops as directed.
7. Other relevant tasks and duties as directed.
