Reporting to the Sqn Master Chef:
1. Maintain and manage the required high operational and personal standard of hygiene and presentation at all times
in compliance with the Food Safety Act.
2. Compliance to the Health and Safety Act and COSHH regulations.
3. The preparation, cooking and service of food as directed, whilst complying to the Food Safety Act, portion control and presentation standard.
4. Monitor and record temperatures of fridges and freezers, hot cabinets, serveries as directed.
5. Ensure that all foods served under your control are served and held at the required temperatures (probed and
recorded).
6. Ensure that the kitchen area that you are working in is clean and hygienic at all times.
7. To continue to develop one’s own skills/knowledge aiming for promotion and trade progression.
