CTT RSM (10042)

 1. Assume the senior soldier appointment, be the focal point for G1 issues and ultimate role model within the CTT. Conduct any other task directed by CoC
2. Act as the administrative coordinator within the CTT. This includes the coordination of Cadet Force Central Camps
3. Ensure that all CTT personnel are fulfilling their duties and that their; career, welfare and administrative needs are being met
4. Maintain discipline and administrate all absence and sickness management within the CTT. Utilise AGAI 99 and WIS as required
5. Assure the overall compliance of CTT personnel. Be the focal point for career management and advice within the CTT
6. Responsible for G2 Security matters, including the formulation of security standing orders and the distribution of regular updates 
7. Responsible for collating all Establishment Security Self-Assessments, from all Contingents for prolonged close-down periods.
8. Be the lead for all WESTMINSTER (WM) matters and WM training. Conduct visits to all Contingents to ensure Ammunition and Weapon security compliance

Requires dynamic, energetic and intelligent individual who can effectively communicate at all levels from Sgt CTT to 2* HQ CoC. Must add daily value to the organising and running of a dispersed and extremely busy CTT. The ability to work with civilian volunteers and young people is a must.
