Domestic Considerations: The post holder may be required to occasionally respond to out of hours calls so should ideally reside within close proximity (30 minutes) of Hightown Barracks.
Position Role: :  To ensure the legal requirements necessary to ensure health & safety compliance, 4Cs, security and infrastructure management within the site.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities: 
1. Unit Safety Advisor – develop and implement SHE & SD policy and regime for HTB and lodger units.  Waste Manager, Radiation Safety Officer and Fire Safety Manager for the site.
2. Site Infra– liaise with lodger units, RFCA, DIO and Contractors to ensure HTB Hard and Soft FM  are  maintained  IAW current contracts.  .
3. Security Officer – develop and implement site Sy policy including risk assessments, armoury and controlled docs. Liaison with MGS and site staff.
4. C2 - monitor adherence of MOU (incl emergency plans) between 160X and lodger units and report non-compliance. Production of Site Routine Orders.
5. MTO – Utilise Clarity to manage permanently allocated MT Fleet vehicles IAW JSP 800.
6. Accommodation – provide access to the Keep for use by entitled units in normal working hours.
7. CP&F Approver – for low value purchases for the site, ensuring they comply with JSP 332 and are within agreed delegation limits.
8. LM – Act as the Line Manager (incl HRMS tasks) for the 2 x Civilian Staff.
9. CE – Provide support to UK Ops and Civil Engagement activities in North Wales as required,
10. Compliance – Remain qualified and current on all policy ensuring HTB is compliant with all mandatory inspections
