Task requirements

Advisor to the Chain of Command and subordinates and SME advisor to the organisation.

Champion of the Army Leadership Code.

Maintain professional standards and efficient delivery of activity.

Oversee delivery of health and safety process in the workplace.

Identify and demonstrate personal and professional development opportunities for self and others.

Deliver outputs to a high standard, in accordance with policy and doctrine.

Plan, deliver and assure training.

Supports the QM in formulating and implementing G4 Log Sp to the Regt.

Essential competencies

SQMS qualified, MJDI System Administrator

Desirable competencies

RQMS qualified, Ammunition Store trained, Workplace Supervisor, Waste Manager, Energy Warden trained

Additional information

RSDs: 27 days with the possibility of additional days available.
Evening and weekend work will be required.
