Post Role: TUOTC CSM/ SSM
Qualifications:Responsible for discipline, standard of training instruction, and the overall planning and delivery of Coy training in accordance with RMAS and Unit direction. Ensure all training is in compliance with RMAS OFSTED CIF assurance framework.
2. Be prepared to deputise and support the OC in delivering the Unit outputs as specified by RMAS and in the Unit Directive, working in close cooperation with the Coy training teams for wider Unit tasks such as OCdt pipeline preparation, recruiting, and Community and Defence Engagement (CE & DE) and UK Ops taskings.
3. Oversee and assure the Sub-Unit's training to gain their annual Certificate of Efficiency by completing mandated training and briefings through Defence Gateway DLE, RMAS VLE, Civil Servant Learning and Unit Staff Training/ tasking. 
4. Support, plan and deliver OCdt training focusing on RMAS modules and Commission Course preparation throughout the training events and annual exercises. Assist the lead Officer with wider RMAS and Army in Scotland (AiS) activities, of note; Ex NORTHERN LIGHTS, Cambrian Patrol, Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo (REMT) and other bespoke taskings.
5. Assist the OC with G1-9 management checks and outputs as detailed in the Unit Battle-Rhythm.
6. Develop the leadership ability of subordinates and champion the values and standards of the British Army. Provide timely reporting on all personnel for Army selection and promotion boards.
7. Promote, prepare and support OCdts and Reserve Potential Officers in readiness for attendance on all RMAS commissioning courses and for Army Officer Selection Board.
8.  All other duties particular to the unit as directed by the Officer Commanding..
