Post Role: Responsible to the CO for effective command of 201 Tpt Sqn RLC both in barracks, during training, on exercise and operations. Responsibilities include: 1. The management of the Sqn workforce which includes all AR, FTRS, UKP and UKB personnel.
2. Recruit, train and retain workforce at 100% of sub-unit establishment, seeking authority to over-bear where necessary.
3. Improve the standard of retention positive 'safe-systems' compliant Individual and CT1 level sub-unit role training.
4. Improve the numbers of sub-unit personnel who qualify for their annual Certificate of Efficiency.
5. Ensure the accurate, fair and timely delivery of MS within their sub-unit.
6. Improve the standard of equipment care (EC) in accordance with unit direction.
7. Improve performance against mandatory inspections, with a focus on passing SPS, ECI and LSI.
8. Conduct Civil Engagement within capacity, prioritising activity directed by the CO.
9. Ensure the timely and accurate communication of information within the sub-unit, between paired Sqns and to RHQ. Commitment: Minimum 60 day Regional Commitment - Trg, ACT; with 30 x Specified Tasks (ST) inked to role with the potential for additional as required to achieve role outputs.
