Vacancy detail

To Command the CTT. Deliver the CTT NW outputs as directed by HQ RC and assist RPOC/Bde where required.
1.  Command the CTT. Be the CTT LM and produce annual CTT MS. Deliver training/training support to the Army’s cadet forces.
2.  Ensure that all training delivered in the ACF and CCF(A) is safe, with all Risk to Life (RtL) being reduced to As Low As Reasonably Practicable.
3.  Deliver CTT Annual Training Programme to support RPOC CCF(A)/ACF. Deliver CTT residential courses to train ACF and CCF(A) Adult Volunteers and Cadets.
4.  Liaise with Contingent Commanders and ACF Commandants on issues including planning, resourcing, coordination and delivery of safe, effective military training.
5.  Ensure that Cadet Expansion Programme (CEP) schools within the AOR reach full operating capabilities within timescales. Assist with CEP Ph3 with RPOC CCF(A).
6.  Manage the CTT financial budget in line with current policy. Exercise managerial oversight of all G4 accounts held by the CTT.
7. Responsible for completing CTT input to the CCF(A) Annual Assurance Report. Conduct ACF Annual Detachment inspections as required.
8. Any other responsibilities, roles or duties as directed by the Chain of Command.
Army E2, IT literate.
RMQ 1-3, AT Quals, ICSC(L), Operational experience, SO2 1* HQ experience, SUC, Training, Personnel.
