Domestic Considerations: Min 27 RSDs per year.
Postion Role: Deliver Theatre level ES and provide defence outputs for 104 Log Sp Bde in partnership with 5 TS Bn REME.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to the Coy OC.
2. Assist in the delivery of technical support and ES planning to the HQ.
3. Focal point for technical training and management of ES capability; advising the OC in all aspects of Technical and Trade Training.
4. Advise the OC on UEM, EC and EMS matters; conduct quarterly EC, EMS, TECHEVAL audits on behalf of the OC.
5. Carry out the function of Sub Unit Engineering Management Systems Manager (EMSM).
6. Assist in the production of unit action plans (TECHEVAL, H&S, EC, EMS) as required, conducting TECHEVAL Assessments on behalf of the OC.
7. Management of safe working practices and SHE; carry out the function of Deputy Unit SHE adviser on behalf of the OC.
