Task requirements;
The role requires a experienced INF WO2 to join the small training team in International Defence Training (Army) (IDT(A)) which is based in HQ Land Warfare Centre (LWC), Warminster.
IDT(A) Mission; 
DELIVER A COHERENT CONTRIBUTION TO INTERNATIONAL DEFENCE ENGAGEMENT.
Plan and coordinate delivery of individual training to international military students from Army Training establishments and Defence Colleges within LWC and ARITC.  
Administer international military students attending courses at RMAS, JSCSC and Defence Academy - College of Management and Technology.
Provide training advice and information to UK and Foreign Defence aMilitary Attaches. 
Domestic requirements: The LC role is based in Warminster and will involve up to 35 nights out of bed every year with most of them spent overseas and in particular the Middle East.
Responsibilities:
1. G1/G4 support to IDT(A) activity.
2. Design Course programmes and instruct Basic Military Skills packages to international students.
3. Instruct Military Skills packages to International students and pre-course enabling training.
4. Liaise and coordinate with other units regarding facilities, for courses and projects.
5. Deploy and support courses, short term training teams (STTT) and exercises in UK as required.
6. Coordination of TILT cse (Training the International Learner and Trainee) and updating the Joining Instructions.
7.Other tasks as directed.

The role requires a motivated team player who possesses the patience, tenacity and cultural understanding to train soldiers and officers from overseas allies and partner nations. The role plays a small but significant part in UK Defence Engagement (DE) strategy, overseas capability and capacity building and income generation (IG).
