Domestic Considerations: National Reserve 19 - 44 RSDs. Army Reserve post.
Position Role: Information Specialist SNCO
Responsibilities:
1. Supports the development of plans for IA / Cyber tasks; communicates value to task lead.
2. Deliver Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice in the fields of IA / Cyber and provides advice, guidance and consultancy to the task lead.
3. Deliver SME for the thought leader in the fields of IA / Cyber, contributing to the further development of Cyber Operations as set out in Joint Doctrine Note (JDN) 3/13.
4. Deliver and support SME advice on the development of Cyber Security to task leads on technical tasks and BAU tasks to task leads.
5. Maintain current offensive and defensive cyber tradecraft and related HMG IA and Cyber policy.
6. Supports 254 in recruitment and unit selection boards.
7. MS - Acts as a Reporting Officer for annual appraisals of subordinate personnel as directed by the Tower Lead

Infrastructure/Applications/Software/Engineering Industry/commercial sector in addition to Army/Defence ICS
Professional - Membership of applicable professional body e.g BCS or IET
Degree - ICS/Engineering/Science related
Mil Quals - Any Military recognised qualifications
Operational - Relevant operational experience
Command - Troop/Platoon level
Army Appointment Board
