Vacancy detail

Position Role: Lead Warrant Officer responsible for fwd planning, delivery and assurance of UK Engagement (UK Engt) youth activities by HQ and units in accordance with GOC RC’s UK Engt OpOrder. 
1. Lead SME for Youth engagement activity for the Army in Scotland (AiS). 
2. Plan, deliver and assure youth engagement across key youth Target Audiences (TA) aligned to the AiS Engagement strategy. 
3. Support Target Audience Analysis and Measure of Effectiveness (MoE) of AiS engagement activity. 
4. Liaise and maintain contact with other UK engagement actors, stakeholders and TA across the AiS to deliver engagement opportunities. 
5. Support governance and assurance of UK Engt within the AiS. 
6. Collate and identify AiS Engt best practice in order to share with the Army UK Engt community. 
7. Deliver other HQ tasks and duties as required. 
IT proficient. UK lic. PVG.
Previous staff experience desirable. 
Requires broad understanding of the Army, Firm Base and future Reg/Res Army laydown.
