Vacancy detail

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the APC development and delivery of the change implementation plan of specified Pg CASTLE outcomes into the APC as BaU.
  2. Deliver the change integration activity required to embed the implementation of the Army Talent Framework project across the APC and wider CM stakeholders.
  3. Deliver the change integration activity required to embed emerging digitalisation and automation of processes across the APC and wider CM stakeholders.
  4. Cohere change integration activity with IR, IF and APC Continuous Improvement programme directed activity.
  5. Achieve effective liaison between the APC, D Pers, Work Force Plans, Personnel Policy (Army) to ensure a consistent and understood approach to the change programme.
  6. Achieve effective liaison with RAF and RN CM organisations to identify best practice from their implementation of the Army Talent Framework.

     7. Prepare and deliver communication material to support understanding of the Army Talent Framework within the APC and with external stakeholders.

Working closely with SO1 Change Implementation and others in the APC, Programme CASTLE and their contracted delivery partner (Deloitte) this post will translate the Programme CASTLE outcomes into the necessary structural, procedural, policy and process changes to deliver the new Army Talent Management System cohered with other Army and APC change programmes.   

The APC has adopted Smarter Ways of Working and all staff members are encouraged to adjust their working locations and patterns to best suit their personal needs and the delivery of their work outcomes.  Flexible working opportunities however the team's Battle Rhythm requires the incumbent to physically attend Kentigern House on Tuesdays and Thursdays whenever possible and therefore individuals must understand FTRS(HC) entitlements (travel and accommodation) before applying for the appointment.
