Vacancy detail
1. Advise the COs, CoC and Service Persons on all aspects of Career Management (CM) in liaison with the APC and Gp G1 Staff. 2. Implement and supervise control of the unit’s soldiers, less AGC (SPS), policy and procedures on promotion and assignments. 3. Act as main unit PoC for APC, (less AGC (SPS)) on soldier manning issues and MPARs / SJARs 4. Assist in the organisation and management of all Grading and Appointing boards up OF2 on behalf of the CO. 5. Focal point for personal development and advice to soldiers and junior officers on careers, vocational education, learning and PDRs. 6. Review the AFC 8005s and staff establishment amendments. in conjunction with the Adjt / HcG lead and Senior Nursing Officer. 7. To support the CoC on MS matters 8. Advise the CoC with ideas on retention activity. Monitor outflow and act as focal point for resettlement. |
RCMO Course / CM Course / Good working knowledge of , MS, JPA, Career Mgt |
Staff experience as RCMO highly desirable Previous experience with the Reserves highly desirable , RIS Qualified Previous experience with the Army Medical Services highly desirable Operational experience |
