Position Role:  Regimental Support Operations Officer (ROSO) Provide operational support to the National Reservist unit within 254 (SGIS) Sig Sqn, 13 Sig Regt. Responsibilities.
1. Responsible to the chain of command for all medical administration and support to Army reserve soldiers.
2. Responsible to the chain of command for welfare support to Army reserve soldiers & their families before, during and post operations. 
2. Vetting Officer for security clearances for all Sqn personnel, including STRAP for Regt.
3. Management of 8005
4. Support the implementation of the CO’s Recruiting and Retention Plan.
5. Manage the recruiting pipeline.
6. Manage the career progression of all Officer Cadets.
7. Liaise with and across: 1 Sig Bde, APC, ARITC, NRC, CRHQ and Army HQ on Army Recruitment Reserve Matters as directed and requested.
8. Reserve liaison POC for Blandford Garrison.
9. Deputise for the PSAO.
10. Line manager, 1 RO and support to the ReMSOPosition Role.
