Domestic Considerations: PAGC will move from its current location to the North-West of England (South Lancashire) by end FY25/26. This role maybe involved in short term scoping in the new location from FY23/25. Due to the transition north and liaising with all 3 sS workforce agencies, there is a requirement for separated service (up to 35 nights).
Some wfh opportunities available.
Position Role:  RCMO:
1.  Advise personnel within PAGC on all aspects of career management.
2.  Deliver Formal Career Reviews for PAGC personnel.
3.  Conduct career counselling and interviews for PAGC personnel.
4.  Education of PAGC personnel in career management processes and timescales.
5.   LM responsibilities for 3x Mil pers.
6.  Provide initial advice, guidance and signposting on resettlement matters.
7.  Liaise with single Service Manning Agencies on assignment extensions/curtailments.
8. Manage internal moves within PAGC.

Clearences: EDV can take between 12-15 months, an O-S work package is available for the successful candidate to operate at, pending clearances. Revocation of the commitment will apply if an EDV Clearence or PAG Screening is unattainable.
