Vacancy detail

Domestic Considerations:
1. Live within a reasonable commuting distance from the Army Reserve Centre (ARC).
2. Be prepared to work one evening per week and training weekends if required.
Responsibilities:
1.  Advise CO on all aspects of recruiting, welfare, D&I and engagement support across the Regimental AOR. Responsible for planning/implementation of unit initiatives in these areas. Prepare and maintain an Intelligent Preparation of the Recruiting Environment (IPRE).
2.  Produce and implement the Unit Annual Recruiting Plan. Execute local ATTRACT operations exploiting regional recruiting stakeholders. Develop contacts with identified recruiting targets such as FE/HE colleges and establishments.
3.  Maintain a recruiting database of enquiries to enable insight communications/meetings with unit recruiting staff.
4.  Produce and implement the Unit Welfare Plan. Brief CO and the CofC on welfare cases in accordance with requirement for confidentiality.  Assist Welfare Services in sp of soldiers, family and employers. Deliver Op Welfare Package when soldiers are mobilised. 
5.  Deliver Decompression briefs and support during initial post Op admin of personnel. Conduct stress management training and POSM for demobilised personnel.
6.  As unit D&I(A), advise the CO on Diversity & Inclusion issues; develop and implement the Unit D&I Strategy and Plan, including ensuring all unit personnel are briefed annually on MATTs.
Must be an officer as there is a need to attest soldiers on enlistment.
D&I (P) Must be within the last 3 years.

Operational experience of POSM is a benefit.
