Vacancy detail

Responsibilities:
1. Act on behalf of the OC A and C Det during their absence.
2. Responsible for all aspects of administration within A & C Det including pay of Army Reserves personnel, CoE, Management Checks in accordance with the UAM.
3.  Regular/Civilian Staff.  He/she is responsible for the day-to-day management and control of A & C Det Regular and Civilian staff working at A & C Det Army Reserve Centre.
4.  Recruiting.  He/she is to implement the Unit Recruiting Plan at Det level.  He/she is to maintain contact with local hospitals/medical organisations and encourage medical 
professionals to join the unit.He/she is to liaise closely with the Unit Recruiting Officer on all recruiting matters and the OC A & C Det on Community Engagement.
5.  The PSAO is directly responsible to the RAO for all administrative matters relating to A & C Det and limited G7 duties as directed by the XO.  
6.  Focal point for Diversity and Inclusion within A & C Det.
7.  Security.  He/she is the Location Security Officer for A & C Det.  To liaise with the Unit Security Officer on all security matters.
8.  To contribute to Unit military ethos by undertaking appropriate Regimental duties or appointments.
