Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Sub-Unit’s recruiting pipeline specifically the administration and mentoring of applicants.
2. Actively assist with the development and refinement of a dynamic recruiting process.
3. In conjunction with the ROSO conduct a review of the Sub-Unit’s IPRE on a regular basis.
4. Act as the Sub-Unit’s primary point of contact for potential recruits, re-joiners and assist RCMO with Regular to Reserve Transfer applicants.
5. In conjunction with the ROSO and PSAO manage the relationship with the NRC, ACCs/AFCOs & HQ ARITC YODA, Army Employee Support networks and WF Plans/Policy for recruiting queries.
6. Mentor and nurture applicants from first contact to attestation through basic training.
7. Coordinate Sub-Unit RRMT Staff and their recruiting activities.

This position will allow the ReMSO to work between White City in London and Colchester, Essex. The incumbent will be expected to work occasional weekends and frequently on Training Nights.
