Vacancy detail

1. Lead for Reserve non-renumeration issues arising from primary\secondary Reserve legislation. Including RFIs, SCs,PQs and Min Sub responses.
2. In consultation with Competent Army Authorities staff bi-annual amendments to Reserve Land Force Regulations.
3. Lead for all Reserve welfare matters. Including disability allowances, DSS War Pension and attributable benefits. 
4. Develop Army and influence the development of Defence leave policy (JSP 760), representing the Army at the MoD Leave WG. 
5. Lead on all Pregnancy/ Maternity/ RTW policy matters, development of the Army's Pregnancy, Maternity and Return to Work Guide.  
6. Lead for personnel input into Catering, Retail and Leisure policy and the Army Messing Plan.  Member of the Army Messing WG.
7. Support the development of wider Pers Svcs functions and policies.
Requirement for a deep Reserves understanding pan Army                                             .Previous experience as Adjt, Trg Maj or CO in a Reserve unit essential.  Former Staff exp in Reserves post in Div/Dist or Regional Bde HQ highly desirable.
