Domestic Considerations: This is an FTRS(LC) role. Within commutable distance of Camden London. Expected to work in support of the unit.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to the QM for the daily Management, control or issue, receipt, storage, disposal of equipment and maintaining of the Equipment Entitlement, Miscellaneous Stores Account, Clothing Account, Expense Account and Loan Stores
Account.
2. Assist the QM in Health and Safety matters, managing Yeomanry House SHEF policy within the QM Department.
3. Responsible for the day-to-day management and training of civilian stores staff.
4. MJDI UAA and lead on all MJDI matters.
5. Responsible to the QM for stores and equipment matters delegated to him and the correct accounting of all material held by the unit, including that the managerial checks programme is adhered to (including reconciliation action if
required).
6. Oversee and advise on Sub Account holders in running their accounts.
7. Preparation of all paperwork, including Asset Adjustments (CIVs, CRVs), 998s and Board Of Officers as directed.
8. Responsible to the QM for the repair of equipment’s through Workshops (less vehicles) HQ LONDIST.
9. Fully support training as directed by the CO or QM on his behalf.
10. Facilities management of Yeomanry House Army Reserve Centre (ARC)
11. Manage Lettings (Hiring’s) working closely with RFCA GL.
12. Supervise the management of White Fleet vehicles.
