PSAO Sheffield UOTC

Responsibilities:
1. Assist OC SUOTC in the effective management of the Coy.
2. Lead and develop SUOTC military and civilian staff in the effective administration of the Coy.
3. Unit Security Officer
4. Represent YOTR, Sheffield UOTC in support of the Firm Base and Community Engagement Programme.
5. Equality and Diversity Officer within YOTR, Somme Barracks.
6. Lead the effective administration of OCdts, maximising AOSB/CC attendance of suitably prepared OCdts.
7. Lead the effective administration of new recruits to SUOTC.
8. Line Manager for specific Civil Service Staff employed in YOTR, Somme Barracks.
