Vacancy detail

1.  Ensure all instruction given on International short courses is conducted in accordance with extant IBS policy and is compliant with the DSAT process.
2.  Student Management:
      a.  Train and administrate International students.
      b.  Conduct formal student assessments on behalf of appropriate Div OC.
3.  Course Management:
      a.  Assist the OSC WO to supervise course content and delivery.
      b.  Review and update all International and short course ISPECs within subject expertise.
      c.  Responsible for the training of staff and production of all relevant reference material for the introduction of new TTPs within their allocated subject matter.
      d.  Administer the course on a daily basis in conjunction with the ISC WO.
      e.  Be prepared to cover ISC WO.
3.  Course Delivery:
     a.  Plan and conduct training/validation.  Range conduct and safety.
     b.  Review and develop the tactics, techniques and procedures for planning, conducting operations.
     c.  Be prepared to deploy overseas to support events and defence Engagement tasks directed by CMC/ IDTA.
     d.  Responsible for travel insurance for when off-duty. Is covered whilst on-duty for med and dental by the Army.
ASLS DTTT  (now known as DTC(A))
Qualified SA(A)(90) and PSBC TAC
Regular Infantry CSgt. 
DCCT System Manager and AMS Qualified.  Attended DSAT Cses and PSBC TAC.
CBRN, CIED, MAPRIC qualifications
CAT B licence
Previous experience in a Phase 1 or phase 2 Trg environment
FTRS Application through to boarding
