SO3 Reserve Log

1. Maintain a close liaison between the SO2 G4 Log in relation to Reserve current and future operations ensuring adequate logistic capability is allocated to enable the current and future operations.                         

2. Act as the step-up (SO2) logistic planning officer when available to support the Op planning team cycles, ensuring all aspects of Reserve Log Sp are represented and considered.                                            

3.  Assist to Co-ordinate meetings, conferences, briefings, visits & R2 when authorised 44 RSDs allow.        

4. Cohere the Defence License Acquisition and capability within the Brigade Reserve units through the close liaison of MTWO Reserve units, DST Leconfield and the Bde Master Driver ensuring that operational requirements are met in line with policy.                            

5. Represent SO2 Log Sp at various meetings and engagements when available within the approved RSDs. Provide oral/written briefs as directed.                                                                                            

6. Contribute to the development of Log Bde and Joint Logistics Doctrine in support of future exercises/deployments.                          

7. Act as a principal liaison between the Reserve units and G4 Log department providing Sp to current Ops and any UKSp task.

Background in G4 Logistic strategic planning and delivery.                                            

Operational experience desirable.
