RQMS (10111)

1.  Responsible to QM for all Log Sp matters. Manage CTT CQMS provision of logistic support to the Army’s cadets within AOR. 2. Manage centralised Stores, Ammo, Stationery, Transport, CIS, Weapons (inc ACF) and Expense accounts for CTT and CCFs using MJDI/JAMES systems. Assist RPOC ACF Counties as required. 3.  Provide Log Sp to all Army cadet events as directed by Regional Command/RPOC/OC CTT; CCF Summer Camps, residential courses etc. 4.  Act as Unit Asset and Equipment Manager for the CTT and CCF(A). Attend CTT Unit Equipment Care (EC) meetings and carry out EC training within the CTT/CCF within AOR. 5. Authorise demands for loan pool stores from CCFs/CTT. Prepare and forward to RPOC the CTT/CCFs MOD F 2260. Oversee the CTT White Fleet in accordance with JSP800. 6. Provide, advise on security, safe storage and movement of weapons and ammunition within the CTT and CCF in line with current policy. Demand and issue ammunition to CTT and CCF units. Dissemination of ammunition bans and constraints. Back loading of salvage ammunition. 7. Deliver/Assist/Monitor/Supervise instruction of Army Cadets in all subjects of the Army’s Cadet Syllabus.  8.  Any other responsibilities, roles or duties as directed by the CofC.

AA RQMS, MJDI, JAMES qualified, previous G4 Logistics experience.

AAAS, ECU qualified, excellent IT skills
