NWOTR - LUOTC CSM

RSD: 38 days with possibility of more. Post requires at least 5 weekends attendance with Tuesday Drill Nights and minimum 14 days Annual Camp in Jun/Jul.  Plan, organise and deliver the Military Leadership Development Programme syllabus in accordance with the RMAS and CO's Training Directives. Ensure the highest standards of military and social conduct are maintained for the contingent. Provide a role model (appearance, bearing, physical fitness and social conduct) that can command the respect and admiration of OCdts in order to communicate the values and ethos of the British Army. Plan and coordinate all contingent ceremonial and drill activities. Manage and administer the Group A staff provision to the unit.
