Responsibilities: 1.Provide HQ support for training transformation activities across DCTT. 2. Identify best practice in the areas of Continuous Improvement activity and co-ordinate implementation across DCTT. 3. Provide project management support for change activities in the HQ 4. Provide a Training advice input to the development and approval of DCTT Business Cases. 5. Contribute to the maintenance of DCTT Training Processes and Management of Training Systems. 6. Provide advice on the DSAT Process to DCTT HQ Staff and DCTT Schools as required. 7. Act as the DCTT HQ lead for all pan-College training delivery initiatives and issues. 8. Carry out such additional tasks as directed by the Chain of Command. |
