SO2 TRAINING PROJECTS AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Unit Role: Train and educate Aeronautical, Electrical and Mechanical engineers, and CIS and Cyber personnel in order to meet the Defence requirement. |
Position Role: SO2 Training Projects & Continuous Improvement will manage and support training transformation activities across DCTT in line with direction provided by the Hd of TMG. They will cohere and implement best practice from across DCTT, MOD and the training and education sector and implement change activities with their project management skills. |
Responsibilities: 1.Provide HQ support for training transformation activities across DCTT. 2. Identify best practice in the areas of Continuous Improvement activity and co-ordinate implementation across DCTT. 3. Provide project management support for change activities in the HQ 4. Provide a Training advice input to the development and approval of DCTT Business Cases. 5. Contribute to the maintenance of DCTT Training Processes and Management of Training Systems. 6. Provide advice on the DSAT Process to DCTT HQ Staff and DCTT Schools as required. 7. Act as the DCTT HQ lead for all pan-College training delivery initiatives and issues. 8. Carry out such additional tasks as directed by the Chain of Command.

Must be serving as a member of the Reserve Forces or have served with the Regular Forces.
