This post is the LWC lead for supporting and delivering the effective implementation and exploitation of Army IX Programme outputs through the development, delivery and management of LWC trg digitalised training applications.  
Post holder must possess specialist knowledge and current experience of developing, delivering, managing and sustaining digitaised applications of this nature at scale. Key outputs are to: 
1. Support the concept development of new digitalised training apps across LWC Op Gps, as well as wider Defence organisations.
2. Test and confirm that any new IX Programme apps, such as TARGET, are ready to proceed to rollout across LWC Op Gps and beyond.
3. Ensure effective and efficient integration of digitalised trg apps with existing systems/ways of working.  
4. Lead the rollout, across LWC Op Gps and Defence schools, where appropriate, of any new training app.
5. Lead on assurance and evaluation to ensure currency and validity of training apps to inform future maintenance and sustainability.
6. Develop and deliver maintenance and sustainability plan for LWC training apps.  
7. Develop and Manage the request for change process for subsequent app upgrades. 
Staff Experience (Defence-level).
Pers experience.
Relevant experience in developing and delivering rollout plans for similar digitalised applications at the Army & Defence levels.
Must have Non-editing Trainer (DLENET) course pass.
Must also be qualified and experienced Army Instructional Leader (AIL).

3. In addition to detailed understanding of TARGET, post holder must also demonstrate experience and current knowledge of other relevant apps, CAMPBELL, CHURCHILL, ODR and MUSTER.
