Vacancy detail

Domestic Considerations:  No funding for commuting costs so proximity to Newcastle and time to reach place of work will be considered. 
Responsibilities:
1. Management of administrative matters in respect of Sqn personnel, accommodation, vehicles and equipment, and administration policy & legislation covering all aspects of G1 to G9.
2. Management of Regular, FTRS, Reserve soldiers and civilian staff.
3. Preparation of Reserve SP for mobilisation and deployment on Ops abroad and UK Ops.
4. CNO/VO duties in the Bde AO.
5. All administrative and personnel matters including pay, enlistments, discharges, promotions – this can require visits to RHQ for promotion boards/training days and attendance at Regimental study weekends.
6. Service (non-public) funds accountant.
7. Management of the ARC and real-estate on behalf of RFCA. 
8. Management and arbitrator of Sqn Messes/Clubs and PRI; assets, antecedent property and stock, conducting monthly audits and maintaining insurance and licencing responsibilities.
9. Security, Welfare and Health and Safety Officer for Sqn.
10. A requirement to attend activities and events away from normal place of duty, but that do not incur involuntary Separated Service.
