Responsibilities:
- As the Regt Recruit Training Offr, command the Regt recruit trg team consisting of an SMI(V), a WO2 and JNCO instr.
- Responsible to the CO for all aspects of the implementation and management of the Regt recruit trg prog.
Coordinate and run Militia Tp.
- Oversee and manage the Unit RemSO's ensuring modern and contemporary recrtuitment methods are being utilised.
- Utilise data to drive decisions and be confident to deliver new direction to achieve recruitment successes.
- Own the Recruitment and Retention Programme to ensure annual direction is delivered to the recruitment teams.
- Promote an inclusive culture within area of responsibility, working to increase understanding and engagement through education and initiative.
