Responsibilities:
- To lead, co-ordinate and develop the work of the Chaplaincy
- To work alongside colleagues throughout the Regiment for the spiritual and pastoral benefits of it's people
- To contribute and compliment the overall aims, objectives and activities of the Royal Army Chaplains' Dept.
- To find appropriate opportunities in the life of the Regt to offer the ministry of the church & to lead the Regt in prayer.
- Provide religious, moral and spiritual guidance whilst deployed on Operations
- Promote an inclusive culture within area of responsibility, working to increase understanding and engagement through education and initiative.
