RRMT WO

Domestic Considerations: 19 RSDs per year, additional ST days are available. Incumbent expected to attend 1 Trg Weekend per month and 2 week ACT annually.
Position Role: Recruit Retention Mentoring Team Warrant Officer (RRMT WO); responsible for guiding recruits through the early part of their Reserve military career, focusing on nurturing, mentoring and retention of new personnel.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the ROSO & RTWO to nurture new recruits to attestation.
2. Maintain regular contact with all new joiners facilitating Phase 1 & 2 training.   
3. Support new unit personnel through their early careers ensuring their retention in Service.
4. Plan and/or Deliver insight days, nurturing activities and continuation training programmes.
5. Requirement to be IT literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Manage and provide guidance to Unit RRMT.
7. Maintain currency of single Service-related Nurturing and Mentoring policies and directives, including safeguarding.
8. Contribute and assist the Unit recruiting and wider military sponsored recruiting events.

NSV Security Developed Vetting

National Security clearance is an essential requirement for this role at the Developed Vetting (DV) level.  The successful applicant can apply for National Security clearance at DV level once in post. This is a reserved post and therefore only open to UK nationals.
