Inkerman Coy MPA responsible for supporting sub-unit personnel administration:
1. Act as the initial point of contact for all personnel admin related queries from sub unit personnel and advise and/or signpost accordingly.
2. Maintain and update JPA Pers admin data for all Inkerman Coy Pers according to reported personal occurrences (less self-service functions).
3. Provide Information Support at sub unit level.
4. Provide staff support function to sub unit CoC.
5. Support G1 readiness and sub unit assurance procedures.
6. Support discipline administration as directed.
7. Process the receipt, control, security, and timely dispatch of personal documents (AF A2026) when held.
8. Maintain SPS ethos within the Detachment in accordance with the V&S of the British Army.

ATR(G) is Regional Army Reserve unit.
Inkerman Coy conduct routine training nights; there is no assured event liability due to the nature of the role. Certificate of efficiency and associated bounty will be awarded on achievement of ALL mandatory training requirements and meeting the minimum commitment of 27 x RSD over the training year. Up to 44 x RSD have been allocated to the Appt annually to enable the delivery Army Reserve CMS FS serials.
Evening and weekend work will be required.
