The successful applicant will work within the 8-person HQ JCU(R) Team primarily responsible for the recruitment and selection of Tri Service Cyber Reserves. The role involves Recruitment, J1 support to the HQ and 3 subordinate Units within Defence Digital and occasional lesson delivery to the Cyber Reserves Induction Package. The successful applicant will be expected to undertake Developed Vetting.
Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate all regulations concerning pay, allowances and personnel matters ensuring that they are acted upon including Annual Bounty Payments.
Unified Career Management for Cyber Reserves.
Delivery of J1 induction briefings to the CRIP (Cyber Reserve Induction Package).
Deliver identified lessons to the Cyber Reserves Induction Package.
Process JPA inputs relating to pay and personnel administration in accordance with current regulations and letter of delegation.
Assist with Joint Service Recruitment & Selection Boards.
Update all J1 Management Registers and undertake CMCA daily / monthly checks.
Deputy JPA Course Administrator/process all aspects of recording the training and the awarding of the CRIP and WIP competencies.
Must be an OR6 of AGC, RN Logistics GS, People Ops specialisation. OR4 applicants with a recommend for the next higher rank in their most recent SJAR will be considered.
OR9,8, & 7 applicants, if successful, will only be paid as and wear the rank of OR6.
Must be serving as a member of the Reserve Forces or have served with the Regular Forces.
Experience in a Reserve environment.
Experience of working in a tri-service environment.

HQ JCU(R) is a hybrid working environment, attendance in the workplace is 1-3 days per week with other days working from an Alternative Working Address.
