FTRS Application through to boarding

This post is required in order to assist in the completion of the complex establishment changes to the DI organisation resulting from the DI Review. This is a lifed-2 yr FTRS(HC) post to deliver the required changes, as this cannot be resourced as part of BaU.

It is not essential that the individual has a thorough understanding of J1 processes, as training can be delivered once in post. Again, it would be beneficial for the individual to have previous experience of service position management processes, but this can be delivered on the job.  Experience within the staff environment and Project Management is highly desirable.  There will be an expectation for the individual to complete 2 x 1-day courses in order to gain a working knowledge of the SLIM database, these are held at both High Wycombe and Andover. There is a requirement for extensive engagement across all sS workforce authorities to achieve assurance of military workforce processes and establishments across the quad-service HLB.

The candidate should ideally have experience of working across a Joint, geographically dispersed workforce.
