Position Role: Responsible for all aspects of White Fleet Transport and Transport management.                                                                                                            Responsibilities:
1.    Advise Units in the 51 Bde AOR in relation to the co-ordination and control of transport, including detailed advice to MTOs and MTWOs
2. Assist the transport element of LSI inspections with the MD, ensure new policy is instigated through visits, conferences and input into the Log Sp Bulletin.  
3. Ensure all valid invoices are checked and the correct action is taken, to ensure driving standards are upheld by all users 
4. Ensure all transport tasks are completed utilising the resources available from within the CU fleet by implementing cost effective and efficient methods.
5. Control and co-ordinate the movement of all CUWF vehicles within the Bde AOR and additional resources to all units.
6. To liaise directly on behalf of the Bde HQ with the White Fleet contractor.  
7. To validate all contentious transport business received from units to help promote best practice in all areas as directed in JSP 800.
8. To monitor and advise units on all issues regarding the Phoenix Booking System. 
9. To act as the step-up DeLTA Supervisor at TSU Edinburgh.

Defence Driving Examiner, Army Logistics, experience in a transport environment / transport matters.
