RQMS

1. To provide life support to enable 32 Signal Regiment to fulfil its role in support of any UK Operation. 
2. To ensure the Regiments Equipment holdings are accurate and in line with the unit scaling.
3. Direct and coordinate all G4 Support to the Regiment, giving advice to QM and SQMS's where appropriate.
4. Ensure the Regimental G4 SOP is fully implemented, refining and amending it as required.
5. To ensure that all ammunition holdings are accounted for correctly and stored in accordance with current regulations.
6. Keep the SQMS's and QM informed and updated on changes to G4 policy.
7. Complete monthly returns for UAMS, Amnesty Box and ORP useage.
8. Management and collation of the unit General Purpose card (GPC).

Promotes a positive sense of purpose and direction. Plans, organises and designates priorities effectively.

Anticipates and resolves problems. Develops successful interpersonal relationships and promotes harmony and cohesion within a team.

Manage the regimental G4 logistics in accordance with the CO's operational policy with the direction from the QM.
