FTRS - Home Commitment
Vacancy detail
Domestic Considerations: FTRS(HC), Mon to Fri, required to work approx 2x evenings a month and approx 10x weekends days each year. Some remote working and flexible hours possible.
Position Role: Lead on all Army Reserve Military Training in the Engr Gp.
170 (Infra Sp) Engr Gp delivers deployable, operational infrastructure support across the whole of Defence and other Governmental Departments, overseas and in UK.
Responsibilities include:
1. Plan and deliver effective MATTS Trg packages for the Engr Gp;
2. Support and facilitate ATX, OTX and Special to Arm Trg for all Units and sub-Units across the Engr Gp;
3. Plan and manage the RSD allocation;
4. Plan and manage ABC requirements for Army Reserve trg activity;
5. Lead and advise on use of CHURCHILL, LIGHTHOUSE and RAPS;.
6. Assist with FOE panning and business case submissions.

Experience of CHURCHILL; LIGHTHOUSE; RAPs; would be benficial
