2 Champion of the Army Leadership Code.
3 Maintain professional standards and efficient delivery of activity.
4 Oversee delivery of health and safety process in the workplace.
5 Identify and demonstrate personal and professional development opportunities for self and others.
6 Deliver outputs to a high standard, in accordance with policy and doctrine.
7 Plan, deliver and assure training.
8 Supports the QM in formulating and implementing G4 Log Sp to the Regt.
