Post Role:  Comd a Comms Tp Det on Ops, manage subordinate’s development in role.  
                                                                                                                                                                              Responsibilities:      
                                                                                                                                                                                                            1.  Deputise for the RRMT SNCO as required..
2.  To support the implementation of the CO’s Op Recruiting Plan.
3.  Deliver imaginative recruit training and induction in line with direction and policy.
4.  Mentor recruits through the pipeline and till the completion of CMS Ph 1 Mod 3..
5. Administer subordinates and ensure timely R2 are submitted.                                                                     6.  Uphold and maintain the Values and Standards of the British Army.                                                                       
                                                                                                                                                                                            Commitment:  RSDs: Minimum 27-day Regional Commitment - Trg, ACT. ADC Available for up to 180 Days in addition to RSD commitment as AR ReMSO (Seperate roles & responsibilities) 
RLC Class 2 - Unspecified, Cpl ALDP / L2 Num-Lit Quals, Cat B Licence
 DTTT, Inst Qual - AASAA, MAPRIC, First Aid, RMQ, Basic PTI, Recruiting Experience
Army Appointment Board

Transferee from other Corps / Arms considered but must complete retrade Trg to the level required to retain current rank within 24 months of taking post.
