Mil Pers Admin in support of 335 Med Evac Regt's Operational and Training needs.
1. Maintain own professional and personal effectiveness and deployability.
2. Provide functional support to the Unit within the G1 arena; ensure regular Pers Reps are generated, signing in and out sheets are up to date and Unit Profiles are updated.
3. Advise and train Unit personnel on JPA issues.
4. Assist WO2 AGC SPS or RAO Dept as required in all matters relating to pay, documentation and personnel administration.
5. Provision of Unit Office and Equipment - ensure provision of adequate office equipment and that supplies requests are generated four weeks prior to training events.
6. Co-ordinate the setting up of the Unit Office prior to main body arrival at training events.
7. If delegated, co-ordinate the production of P1Os for checking prior to and during Trg Events.
8. Undertake clerical duties in support of the Unit, Bde and Higher Formations on training and operations as directed by Unit Adjt/Event Lead.
Mil Pers Admin experience either through Regular or Reserve service.
Sys-Coord Course.

Previous operational deployment.
Whilst CRHQ AMS is located at Strensall, York, this is a Nationally Recruited Unit and training takes place at various locations across the UK and sometimes overseas.
Minimum commitment is 19 RSDs plus 12 Specified Task RSDs.
