1. Provide technical support and positive challenge across Army infrastructure projects and programmes.
2. Support development of Defence infrastructure policy through joint working groups.
3. Provide informed advice at meetings and WG on URD, risk, cost, scheduling and sustainability.
4. Seek opportunities to implement the latest built environment best practice.
5. Provide short lead time assistance to infra projects under significant pressure.
6. Support development of efficient and sustainable policy toward the Army’s future estate.
7. Engage with project stakeholders to build relationships and rationalise effort.
8. Encourage novel and imaginative infrastructure solutions.
9. Improve the Directorate’s understanding of construction and project management.
10. Champion smarter ways of working.
11.Support the assurance of Infra RtL activity
