Domestic Considerations: Mixutre of working in office and working remotely is possible 
Position Role: Co-ordination of Medical Branch Command and Operations Support outputs with a focus on enabling Op Gp activity
Responsibilities:  The successful individual will be the principal SO2 providing the focal point for all of the Medical Branch Command and Operations support, with a focus on enabling Op Group activity.  Working directly to the SO1 Medical Plans, the role will support the co-ordination and organisation of all the Med Branch outputs.  As a relatively new post,  this is a great opportunity to embed the role within a Medical Branch that has recently reached Full Operating Capability within a diverse and complex Command which is the forefront of Army recruiting and training.  The role will span from the recruitment to the training space, with particular attention on business continuity and medical risk.  The role also deputises for the SO2 Medical Plans.
Prior experience of working in a Formation Headquarters / Regimental Duty essential.

There is an option to conduct a mixture of working in the office and home working. 

The Medical Branch team consists of both Regular, FTRS and Civilian Service personnel.  The Branch supports both the recruitment and Operational (Basic Training and Officer training) elements of the ARITC command.
