Job Description

1. Contribute to the career development and training of Sub-Unit personnel.
2. Manage Sub-Unit visits, inspections & ceremonial events.
3. Contribute to Sub-Unit discipline. Ensure that RSDs and ITR records are correctly maintained for the Coy.
4. Contribute to Sub-Unit health, wellbeing and welfare.
5. Perform Mess Duties.
6. Direct Sub-Unit security.
7. Support the operational capability of the Sub-Unit.
8. Provide guidance and advice to the OC regarding all G1 matters including Soldier MS.
