Domestic Considerations: Based at Warminster. Occasional short UK-based assurance visits requiring 1-3 nights out of bed at a time.
Position Role: Conduct training design for the Military Training (MT) components of the Army Leadership Development Programme (ALDP). Support ALDP assurance activity and systems administration as required.
Position Responsibilities: 1. Maintain ALDP Learning Specifications, Assessment Specifications, Marking Guides, block and detailed syllabus in accordance with the TRA's Role Performance Statement (RPS) and Formal Training Statement (FTS).
2. Conduct DSAT Design Stage 2 and 3 activities when the TRA updates the RPS and FTS.
3. Liaise with proponents to update the associated content via KSA analysis.
4. Conduct methods and media analysis where required to include learning technology.
5. Manage the Request for Change process from Training Providers and staff to the Pers Pol TDT as necessary.
6. Provide advice to Training Providers on ALDP policy and guidance. Coord and organise ALDP MT CPD/CEB WG.
7. DLE Sub Category Manager for ALDP MT courseware. Work in tandem with WO2 Assurance on DLE courseware updates. 8. Assist WO2 ALDP Assurance with assurance and delivery of ALDP as required, including AdVis, 2nd Party audits and associated reporting.
Essential Experience:
Must be a competent instructor/trainer. Desirable Experience: Experience of delivering ALDP/CLM or similar would be desirable. Experience of course design and familiarity with the DSAT model. Experience of working in a training unit.
