Whilst some logistics experience would be useful, this post needs a bright, forward leaning self-starter, who is able to grasp the complexities of operating in the recruiting environment.  This requires an officer who is able to forge relationships quickly and is comfortable working within a commercial partnership environment with a large number of key stakeholders.
