Vacancy detail

1. Produce and implement the Unit Recruiting Plan and the Unit Retention Plan. 
2. Command, co-ordinate and control Unit Recruiting activity including the Unit recruiting team.
3. As Unit Welfare Officer, produce, implement and monitor the Unit Welfare Plan and provide a discrete and confidential welfare service to soldiers and their families.
4. Unit Safeguarding: POSM, TriM, WISMIS Lead and VRM Manager. 
5. Maintain Recruit Statistics and databases.  Submit data to HQ 2 Med Bde and others as required.
6. Unit Employer Support Officer - liaison with civilian employers and SaBRE.
7. Development of unit Firm Base and Community Engagement plans and initiatives.
8. Carry out any other duties as detailed by CO. 
MK2, Reserves Recruiters Course, TRHJ Training Course, E&D Course and Unit Welfare Officers Course Pt 1 & 2. Produce effective and logical written work and be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels both military and civilian.
Service in or with the Army Reserve Previous recruitment experience.Produce effective and logical written work and be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels both military and civilian.Desirable to live within 50 miles of duty station.
FTRS Application through to boarding
Knowledge of AMS Reserves is essential to the incumbent plus a good working knowledge of the NHS across Scotland
